You also get to benefit from unlimited email, telephone and remote support. As well as proactive business hours support. And to complete the package, our network support includes both wired and wireless networks. As well as IT documentation infrastructure. With our Basic support, you’ll also have the option of an on-site engineer visit for up to one day per week.
When you invest in a Gold IT support package you can enjoy all of the aforementioned benefits. Additionally, you’ll receive bi-monthly server and desktop housekeeping, and a faster response time of two hours. As well as this you can receive on-site engineer visits of up to two days. And our support is extended to 8am-8pm on weekdays.
Other extras that distinguish the Gold from the Basic IT support package include local and online backup maintenance. As well as network support including VPN and an annual review and consultancy on IT strategy. We’ll also provide monthly reports of IT infrastructure. And we’ll manage existing warranties with both hardware and software vendors with the ability to liaise with existing third-party software providers.
Finally, you have the option of the Platinum IT package. And with this, we offer monthly server and desktop housekeeping. As well as this, you’ll have a response time of just one hour. And you can have on-site engineer visits of up to five days a week.
Other elements that separate Platinum from the Basic or Gold IT support package include support on a 24 hours, 7 days a week basis. You’ll also receive a quarterly review and consultancy on IT strategy and disaster recovery planning. As well as this, we’ll provide performance monitoring and capacity planning. And we can give you advice and guidance about new technologies from hardware and software vendors.
