So they’ll make the choice easy when it comes to selecting your Desktop Support. You can easily select a  tier, based on your business requirements. 

Desktop Support Service

One of the core services that our main departments provide is Desktop Support. So, whatever your business, be it wholesale trade, legal, hospitality, banking, professional services or the charity sector. Our friendly UK based support help desk is ready to help.  

We’ll provide you with unlimited email, telephone and remote support during business hours as standard. As well as this we can give you regular housekeeping maintenance, scheduled for outside business hours.

  4. Third-Party Software Interaction – When we liaise with vendors regarding the software running on PCs.
  5. Software Installation – Complete analysis of compatibility and full software development.
  6. New PC Setup – Configuring Operating System to your company’s standards.

Our team consists of Certified Microsoft Engineers as well as engineers certified by other major vendors. We’re also proud to be Gold Microsoft Partners that specialize in Windows and Devices. Therefore, you can rest assured knowing that our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
