Our highly qualified engineers can support various types of servers using MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 operating systems. We can take responsibility for the basic functionality of an operating system, keeping everything - servers, domain controllers, Exchange - up to date, combining all the requirements of small and medium-size companies.

Server hardware is prone to component failures and these faults usually result in lower productivity. Server failures can also adversely affect a company's productivity, with the resultant negative impact on income.

However, Proxar's maintenance contracts include a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that guarantees response and repair times. Where possible, we will use a vendor warranty to repair the server, or we will advise on the best approach to restore a server's functionality and reduce downtime to a minimum.
